The Tranquility Project

In the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, I found myself enveloped in sadness. I couldn't put my kids on the bus in the morning without weeping. In the early morning walks with the dog, I realized that I could not live like that. So I began to take a conscious moment each day to stop, look around, and appreciate.
